Title:Quantum Metrology with entangled photons

Abstract: Precision measurements are important across all fields of science and quantum mechanics can help us improve the accuracy of the measurement. Quantum metrology promises to develop measurement techniques that give better precision than the same measurement performed in a classical framework. We will talk about the some lastest results about the amplification of a quantum state and super-resolution quantum phase estimation by using photons.
